We are an incorporated association run entirely by volunteers.

MEMBERSHIP

We always need new members and volunteers. Membership is only $5 per year, but it supplies the association with stationery, covers printing and helps with postage costs.


FUNDING

We rely entirely on community donations and membership fees. Most of our committee members end up  financing our campaigns from their own pockets.

 

Membership fees

Our membership fees are only $5 per year. Payment of these fees cover important operational costs such as:

  • Stationery supplies
  • Postage
  • Printing
  • Lodgement fees

 

corporate contributions

If your business already has an environmental conscience and you wish to fund our campaigns, we'd love it. We already have a couple of corporate donors who contribute office supplies and funds with some regularity.

Of course we'll promote your business to our members:

  • Publish your logo on our website for the year;
  • Share your business logo on our social media pages;
  • Include your business logo on member newsletters.

 

Personal donations

Money is always hard to come by, but please give some spare change to us if you're able. We're don't have deductible gift recipient status, unfortunately, but all donations are gratefully appreciated.

 


AGM

We have an Annual General Meeting each year. All members are notified of the date and location well in advance. Our AGM is vital to our government compliance and deals with items such as:

  • Appointment of Committee Members
  • Changes to the Constitution
  • Presentation of Financial Reports

You can always vote via proxy if you're not able to make it to the meeting in person.
